According to the current laws regarding Personal Data Protection, Business Excellence through Information Technologies S.L., addressed at plaza Convento núm.9, C.P. 46740, Carcaixent, Valencia, Spain (from now on BEIT), informs you that is some places at en.crisopeya.net or, to make a buy, it is necessary to provide some Personal Data that will be treated automatically and will be incorporated to the corresponding automated files, previously registreted at the corresponding authority, which BEIT is or will be responsible for. The filling data on Personal Data fields marked with an star (*) are mandtory and their missing will cause the impossibility to continue or conclude the buying process.
The Personal Data automated collection and treatment has as a purpose the maintenance of the contractual relation established with BEIT for the products and services preferences management, improvement and adjustment, and also for the traditional and/or electronic mailing with administrative, technique, organizational and/or commercial information about products and services which BEIT offers or may offer.
The Personal Data owner will have in any moment granted access to the file, being able to exercise his rectification, cancelation and opposition rights in the terms established by the Data Protection laws. At the same time, the user consent for his Personal Data treatment and cession can be revoked at any moment. Fot these purposes, it will only be needed a written signed form if you act as a citizien or as an enterprise, addessed to BEIT S.L., plaza Convento núm.1, C.P. 46740, Carcaixent, Valencia, Spain or by email sent to info@beit.es.
BEIT has adopted the requiered legal measures in its locations, systems and files. At the same time, BEIT guarantees the Personal Data privacy, although it will show to the competent public authorities the Personal Data or any other information that it has or could be accessed through its systems and is required with conformity to legal and prescribed dispositions.
The users guarantees and are responsible, in any case, of the provided Personal Data veracity, accuracy, vigency, authenticity, ownership, and non-excessivity, and they commit themselves to maintain the data properly updated.
