The Crisopeya Technology uses the Java language and is JDO/JPA compliant. Java Data Objects (JDO) and Java Persistence Api (JPA) are middleware libraries to persist information to datastores. These libraries provide the Crisopeya Technology capability to work with many compatible database engines. The Datanucleus project provides the JDO/JPA implementation used by the Crisopeya Technology. DataNucleus supports persisting Java objects to Relation Database Management Systems (RDBMS) datastores. It supports the vast majority of RDBMS products available today, and this compatibility is traslated into the Crisopeya Technology. The table below shows compatible databases:
A full list of compatible databases can be found here. Besides, the Crisopeya Technology, thanks to the Datanucleus component, can work with other type of datastores, such as DB40 and NeoDatis (object datastores), LDAP, Excel files, XML files, JSON and Open Document Format (ODF). If you need a software application with access to one of these datastores, please check the Crisopeya Advanced Services. For additional information, you can go see the Datanucleus datastores page. |
